Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa, who acquired the Parus business center and Hotel Ukraine during the full-scale war, has initiated a partnership with DIM, a leading residential developer in the Kyiv region.
According to the official website dim-bud.ua, this collaboration marks a strategic move in Kyiv’s real estate market.
What Was Agreed Upon?
Following his 2023 purchase of the Parus business center and the 2024 acquisition of Hotel Ukraine, businessman Maksym Krippa expressed his intention to continue investing heavily in Kyiv’s property sector. Through cooperation with the Ukrainian developer DIM, current construction projects in Kyiv will be completed alongside the launch of additional large-scale developments.
He shared that Maksym Krippa chose to partner with DIM because the company is fearless in construction and brings strong investment capabilities. He sees significant investment potential in this collaboration. A shared business philosophy also influenced the final decision during wartime.
Alexander Nasikovsky, founder of the DIM group, mentioned that the company is working with a trustworthy partner who fully understands the specific challenges and needs of the construction sector.
According to Nasikovsky, the involvement of Maksym Krippa will assist DIM in reducing dependence on sales volumes, maintaining steady construction progress, and ensuring timely completion of current projects. Furthermore, this collaboration will allow DIM to confidently take on new ventures going forward.
DIM’s development portfolio currently includes real estate in Kyiv and its surrounding areas, totaling over 900,000 square meters. Six projects are actively under construction, and the company has already delivered 3,670 apartments to residents.
